🤝 Relationship Officer / Manager – Responsibilities
▸ Individually acquire and nurture client relationships through all banking products
▸ Build and deepen existing customer relationships to increase share of wallet and revenues
▸ Manage portfolio to up-sell and cross-sell banking and wealth products
▸ Provide professional customer service to achieve high satisfaction and retention rates
▸ Maintain complete customer knowledge — profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets
📈 Business Development Manager – Responsibilities
▸ Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets for the branch
▸ Manage KPIs and achieve product mix targets set by the bank
▸ Manage portfolio to de-risk against attrition and ensure book stability
🏧 Teller – Responsibilities
▸ Process non-cash transactions — NEFT, RTGS, fund transfers, demand drafts, and pay orders
▸ Act as custodian for debit cards, cheque books, and other sensitive banking instruments
▸ Issue return cheques, account statements, passbook updates, and official certificates (TDS, Form 15G/15H)
▸ Update customer account details and process service requests accurately
