Job Description

Spectraforce is hiring enthusiastic IT Recruiters and Sales Executives to join their growing team in Hyderabad.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to start their career in IT Recruitment or Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities – IT Recruiter

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/CRMs.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive

  • Support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients.
  • Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up communication.
  • Share service offerings with prospects and help in proposal coordination.
  • Maintain basic sales reports, call logs, and CRM entries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (all streams eligible).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn Recruitment / Sales processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work from office at Financial District, Gachibowli.
  • Freshers and up to 2 years of experience can apply.
