Job Description – Account Manager
Fixity Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee project coordination, and drive business satisfaction & growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, communications, and onboarding processes.
- Act as the SPOC for requirements, updates, and escalations.
- Travel for client meetings as required.
- Share requirement updates — priorities, skills, timelines.
- Track & update activities accurately in ATS.
- Conduct sync meetings with internal teams.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction and support business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- 8–10 years of experience in Account Management / Client Handling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
