Lead .Net Developer / Full Stack Developer
Job Description
Coforge is seeking highly experienced .Net Full Stack Developers to design, develop, and maintain microservices-based, cloud-native applications. The role includes mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable .Net Core / .Net 6+ microservices.
- Implement service discovery, API gateways, inter-service communications.
- Build high-performance, cloud-native applications on Azure.
- Develop REST APIs, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.
- Lead development activities and align architecture with business goals.
- Work closely with DevOps for deployment and monitoring.
- Develop UI components and collaborate with QA and product teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Technical Skills Required
- Expertise in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6+, Web API
- Microservices architecture & SOA
- React (for front-end development)
- Azure cloud services (mandatory)
- SQL Server, MongoDB, Entity Framework
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles & design patterns
- Experience in event-driven architecture
- Security best practices – authentication, authorization, encryption
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication & collaboration
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members
