Job Description
NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter (Work From Home) for its Ed-Tech hiring division. This is a full-time permanent role with Monday–Saturday working.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → selection → onboarding.
- Handle job postings, interview line-ups, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
- Negotiate salaries and release offer letters.
- Build strong relationships with candidates & internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM required.
- Minimum 6 months–1 year experience as HR Recruiter (Ed-Tech preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools.
- Females only.
Work Timings
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
