Job Description – IT Recruiter (Female Candidates Only)
Intellics Global Services is hiring immediate joiners for the role of IT Recruiter. This is a permanent **Work From Home** role ideal for experienced professionals in IT Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT recruitment for contract & permanent roles.
- Sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
- Screening technical profiles and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Coordinating with clients and managing the recruitment process.
- Maintaining candidate data, status, and documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong technical understanding of IT skills.
- Experience in contract hiring or permanent staffing.
- Must have a Laptop/Desktop with stable internet.
- Immediate joiners (within 7 days).
- No employment gap of more than 1 year.
- Must have worked with major IT clients (should reflect in CV).
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/BE, BCA, MCA, BSc (Computers), or Any Graduate.
