Job Description
Trueblue is hiring experienced Medical Representatives for their Gastro Division. The role requires promoting gastro products, meeting doctors, handling corporate accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote gastro specialty products to doctors and hospitals.
- Develop strong relationships with Gastroenterologists and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle corporate hospitals and specialty divisions.
- Ensure brand visibility and conduct doctor engagement activities.
- Cover assigned territory effectively for maximum reach.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc / B.Pharma graduates preferred.
- Age: Below 28 Years.
- 2+ years experience in specialty divisions (Urology, Gastro, Cardio, Diabetic, Oncology, Immunology, Endo).
- Male & Female candidates eligible.
- Must have experience in high-end product promotion and key account management.
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
Skills Required
- Gastro / Urology / Cardio / Diabetic / Oncology product knowledge.
- Doctor interaction & relationship-building skills.
- Pharma selling & hospital coverage.
- Communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a wide area.
