Job Description

Deloitte is looking for an experienced SAP Commerce Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in SAP Hybris, troubleshooting, and system monitoring, ensuring the smooth operation of the e-commerce platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Commerce applications (Hybris).
  • Provide expert knowledge on SAP Hybris (B2C, B2B platforms) and lead the troubleshooting and debugging efforts.
  • Design, develop, and integrate solutions with various systems, including payment processors, CMS, and external APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives within specified timelines.
  • Ensure all integration points, system performance, and security aspects meet high standards.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers while ensuring the quality of code and architecture.

Skills & Technologies

  • Expertise in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform (B2C, B2B) and related modules (Product Cockpit, WCMS, OMS, etc.).
  • Experience with Endeca & SOLR search engines, Adobe AEM, and Hybris WCMS.
  • Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, AJAX, jQuery, and web technologies.
  • Experience with RESTful services, messaging, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency with version control tools (Git), JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Expert in SAP Hybris tools such as Management Console, Administration Console, and Cron Jobs.
  • Experience with data modeling, business objects, and integrations with payment processors.
