Job Description
Unext Learning is hiring Academic Counsellors to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals passionate about helping students succeed in their educational journeys. As an Academic Counsellor, you will interact with prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand student and parent academic needs and provide personalized counseling.
- Guide students in selecting the best educational programs based on their goals.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update student leads in the CRM system for follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and families.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Experience in sales, customer service, or EdTech counseling.
- Educational Background: MBA freshers or 1 year of EdTech sales/counseling experience.
- Ability to work towards goals and meet targets.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
