Job Description
Cognizant is hiring for SME – Record to Report (RTR) for its Finance & Accounting division. Candidates must be Qualified CAs with strong RTR experience in BPO environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & maintain GL accounts
- Book & reverse journal entries
- Bank reconciliation & fixed assets accounting
- Book / reverse accruals and bad debt provisions
- Period close reconciliations
- Clear open items
- Prepare cash flow forecasting reports
- Cash management activities
- Work on SAP and Oracle financial systems
- General Ledger, Intercompany, R2R operations
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Record to Report (RTR / R2R)
- Good verbal & written communication
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred) & Oracle
- Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Customer/client-oriented attitude
- Visual Basic or Macro skills are an added advantage
