Job Description
Cognizant is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for experienced
Order to Cash (OTC) professionals at SME level.
Candidates with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting processes,
particularly OTC, are encouraged to attend.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer master setup and updates.
- Cash and payment application.
- Running dunning reports and follow-ups.
- Research customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts reconciliation and month-end close activities.
- Periodic contract pricing updates.
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP application (preferred).
- Strong customer/client-focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Problem-solving skills.
- VBA or Macro knowledge is an added advantage.
