Job Description
Cognizant is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals in the
Order to Cash (OTC) – Collections (Voice) process. Selected candidates will handle end-to-end
Accounts Receivable and customer communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer master setup and updates
- Cash and payment application
- Run dunning reports and follow-ups
- Customer communication to resolve discrepancies
- Accounts reconciliation and month-end close activities
- Periodic contract pricing updates
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- VBA / Macro knowledge is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 – 4 Years (OTC / AR / Collections)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
