Job Description

Cognizant is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for experienced professionals in the
Order to Cash (OTC) – Collections (Voice) process. Selected candidates will handle end-to-end
Accounts Receivable and customer communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer master setup and updates
• Cash and payment application
• Run dunning reports and follow-ups
• Customer communication to resolve discrepancies
• Accounts reconciliation and month-end close activities
• Periodic contract pricing updates

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• VBA / Macro knowledge is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 – 4 Years (OTC / AR / Collections)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
