Job Description

Colliers is hiring experienced MEP Engineers for Residential and Commercial projects.
Candidates should have strong exposure to Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and ELV services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & execution of Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems
• Ensure compliance with LEED, Green Building & NBC standards
• Promote energy efficiency & sustainability practices
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers & facility teams
• Monitor installation, testing & commissioning activities
• Prepare built drawings, O&M manuals & final handover documents
• Ensure HSE compliance & quality delivery

Eligibility & Skills

• B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5 – 12 years experience in commercial or residential base-build projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV & Electrical systems
• Experience in project management firms preferred
