HR Recruiter
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation processes.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
Front Office Executive
- Manage front desk operations and visitor handling.
- Attend phone calls and email correspondence.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
