Job Description
DhanVita is expanding its Direct Sales Team across multiple cities in India.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in NBFC or Banking sales, particularly in
Unsecured Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire customers for unsecured loans and LAP products.
- Generate leads through field activities and referrals.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process.
- Coordinate loan documentation and processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Track sales performance and submit regular reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Experience in NBFC or Banking sales preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Unsecured Loans and LAP.
- Strong communication and customer acquisition skills.
- Target-driven mindset with field sales exposure.
