Job Description
Next Education India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Finance Executives to handle day-to-day
accounting operations, employee claims processing, GST documentation, and financial reporting.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers with a commerce background.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and segregating employee claims department-wise.
- Validating claims as per travel policy, GST norms, and SOPs.
- Updating claim status through email and CRM.
- Coordinating with employees for disputed claims.
- Preparing weekly pending claims & GST reports.
- Accounting claims and maintaining proper documentation.
- Capturing GST details and invoice scanning for tax team.
Eligibility & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com (Any Specialization).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on with MS Excel & accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & ERP systems.
- Good communication & analytical skills.
