Job Description

Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd, a Great Place to Work® Certified (2025) organization,
is hiring Coal Supervisors for port and shipping operations in Vizag. This role is suitable for
professionals with hands-on experience in dry bulk and coal handling at ports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise vessel discharge and yard operations.
  • Coordinate with stevedores, surveyors, and transporters.
  • Ensure safe cargo movement and contamination control.
  • Monitor loading, tarpaulin covering, and spillage recovery.
  • Support Shipping Head in daily port operations.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduate in B.A. / B.Com.
  • 2–5 years experience in Port / Shipping Operations.
  • Exposure to dry bulk / coal handling.
  • Knowledge of yard operations and cargo management.
  • Strong coordination and reporting skills.

Salary

Salary as per company standards (based on experience & interview performance)
