Job Description
MedPlus is hiring an experienced and entrepreneurial IIM Graduate to lead
franchise expansion initiatives across assigned regions. This leadership role focuses on converting
local pharmacy stores into MedPlus franchise partners and strengthening retail presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners.
- Present MedPlus franchise model and finalize agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and setup.
- Track franchise progress and ensure operational excellence.
- Build long-term partnerships to expand MedPlus network.
Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM (Full-Time) from IIMs.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail / Sales / Business Development.
- Strong negotiation, communication & business acumen.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
