Job Description
CompIndia is hiring HR Executives for its Tirupati branch. This role is ideal for
MBA (HR) freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment and HR operations with a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee and candidate records.
- Support onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle HR documentation and reporting.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) – 2023, 2024 & 2025 pass-outs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes.
