Job Description
Aster Narayanadri Hospital, part of the Aster DM Healthcare group, is hiring
Marketing Executives to strengthen hospital outreach and referral networks
across Tirupati and nearby regions. This role involves extensive field marketing and relationship
management with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing activities to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral sources.
- Conduct daily hospital and clinic visits with follow-ups.
- Track marketing activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned marketing and patient acquisition targets.
- Support brand visibility initiatives in assigned territories.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (preferred).
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel daily for field marketing activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
