Job Description
HDFC Bank is hiring for the Virtual Care position. As a Phone Banking Officer, you’ll be responsible for providing customer care and problem-solving support for inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer service.
- Provide solutions for customer issues and queries.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call resolution.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive service experience.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu (Other languages a plus).
- Customer handling & problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical understanding of customer service systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
