Job Description

Wipro is conducting a walk-in interview for freshers for the role of Non-Tech Support in Voice/Blended at their Gopanpally campus in Hyderabad. Ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a passion for customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues via voice, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with information, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Follow defined procedures to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service delivery.
  • Ensure efficient communication within the team and departments.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic knowledge of customer support and quality analysis.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 2–2.25 Lacs per annum
  • 5-day working week with 2 days off
  • Night shift allowances for eligible shifts
