Job Description
Cognizant is hiring for Senior AR Callers in Hyderabad. The role involves managing Denial Management in the US Healthcare domain, following up with clients, and supporting customer billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle AR calls and follow up on payment issues in the healthcare sector.
- Assist in denial management and resolve disputes related to payments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Track and report on denial claims and work to reduce them.
Required Skills
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling and Denial Management.
- Strong communication skills, especially for customer interactions.
- Experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
- Proficient in managing US healthcare accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
