Job Description

Sagility India is hiring experienced professionals from international contact centers (voice process) for their Hyderabad location.

  • Assistant Manager – Quality

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international voice processes.
  • Work with US/UK/Australian customers.
  • Ensure quality metrics: AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS.
  • Active listening and excellent communication skills.
  • Support team operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international voice process experience (Inbound preferred).
  • Strong communication & active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of BPO metrics (AHT, FCR, NPS, CSAT).
  • Experience with US/UK/Australian customers.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
