Job Description

Primera Medical Technologies is hiring experienced professionals for AR Caller, Senior AR Caller, and SME roles in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Patient AR denial management & insurance follow-ups.
  • Handling Hospital Billing (UB04).
  • End-to-end AR follow-up & Denial Management.
  • AR Collections & AR Appeals processing.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in US Healthcare domain.
  • Ensure compliance with client & payer guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–7 years of experience in US Healthcare AR domain.
  • Strong experience in Denial Management & AR Follow-ups.
  • Hospital Billing experience is mandatory.
  • Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate eligible.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
