Key Responsibilities – IT Recruiter
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic discussions, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers/CRMs.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive
- Support the sales team in identifying and engaging prospective clients.
- Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up communication.
- Share service offerings with prospects and help in proposal coordination.
- Maintain basic sales reports, call logs, and CRM entries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (all streams eligible).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn Recruitment / Sales processes.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work from office at Financial District, Gachibowli.
- Freshers and up to 2 years of experience can apply.
