Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with payers to check claim status
• Identify denial reasons and resolve claim issues
• Prevent claim write-offs through timely follow-ups
• Work on billing scrubbers and claim edits
• Handle contractual adjustments and write-off projects
• Maintain good cash collection and resolution rates
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (Science or Commerce)
• Freshers are eligible
• B.Tech / BE graduates are not eligible
• Good communication skills required
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
