Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with payers to check claim status
- Identify denial reasons and resolve claim issues
- Prevent claim write-offs through timely follow-ups
- Work on billing scrubbers and claim edits
- Handle contractual adjustments and write-off projects
- Maintain good cash collection and resolution rates
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Science or Commerce)
- Freshers are eligible
- B.Tech / BE graduates are not eligible
- Good communication skills required
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
