Job Description

Omega Healthcare is hiring Freshers for the role of AR Executive in US Healthcare Voice Process.

• Call insurance payers to resolve denied and non-denied claims.
• Analyze PMS and internal systems for claim resolution.
• Follow SOPs, trackers, and issue logs accurately.
• Participate in training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Resolve complex patient account and reimbursement issues.
• Identify trends, errors, and process improvement opportunities.
• Escalate payer issues to billing leads when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate.
• Freshers only.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Interest in US Healthcare & AR Calling.
