Job Description
ICONMA is hiring Associate Recruiters for its Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates
and candidates with BPO experience who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Sourcing and screening candidate profiles
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and internal teams
- Maintaining recruitment data and candidate records
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation
Eligibility & Skills
- Any Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers or candidates with BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (preferred)
- Computer skills & email communication
- Time management and coordination skills
Salary
