This role involves end-to-end technical recruitment across multiple IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Understand technical requirements including Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, and related skills.
- Source candidates using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and assess technical competencies of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
- Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
