Job Responsibilities

• Proctor online exams and ensure testing integrity
• Assist test takers with exam start-up and completion
• Monitor video, audio, and internet connectivity issues
• Validate identity and documentation of test takers
• Provide chat and email support to customers
• Report and log exam interventions or irregularities

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 – 4 years of experience
• Graduates or Undergraduates can apply
• Undergraduates must have minimum 6 months experience
• Excellent English communication required
• Willing to work in rotational night shifts
