About the Opportunity
Teleperformance (TP) is conducting a Walk-in Drive for the Domestic Voice Process in Hyderabad.
This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience in BPO or voice support.
If you are fluent in regional languages and English, this is a strong entry-level opportunity in the customer service domain.
Selected candidates will work from the KPHB office location and handle inbound and outbound calls.
The company is looking for individuals who can actively listen, clarify customer queries, and maintain professionalism even in challenging conversations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Both Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- 0–1 year experience in Domestic BPO preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Requirement:
English along with any one regional language:
Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs.
- Clarify information and diffuse difficult situations.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable product/service solutions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
