Startek is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for Customer Care Executives for English & Hindi Voice Process in Bengaluru.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in BPO, domestic voice process, or customer support roles.

Candidates fluent in English + Hindi or English + Malayalam are preferred. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, emails, and chat while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Collect feedback and report insights to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma / Any Graduate eligible.
