eLabs Infotech Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced IT Recruiters to strengthen its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad.
This role involves end-to-end technical recruitment across multiple IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
• Understand technical requirements including Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, and related skills.
• Source candidates using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and assess technical competencies of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
