Cipla Limited is hiring Interns under the Interns-cum-Management Trainee program for a Field Sales role in multiple cities across India.
If you are a Science/Pharma graduate, Diploma in Pharma, a fresher (2024/2025 passout), or someone with up to 0–2 years experience,

Role & Responsibilities
As an Interns-cum-Management Trainee in Field Sales, your work will directly contribute to business growth in your assigned division.
You will be trained on structured field processes, reporting, and customer engagement patterns commonly used in pharmaceutical sales.
Over time, you will learn how to manage a target territory, handle day-to-day sales routines, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Achieve sales targets for the division as per the annual budget plan.
- Track business performance and plan actions to meet monthly/weekly goals.
- Maintain basic working standards for daily operations (calls, follow-ups, documentation).
- Improve in-clinic effectiveness to drive better results and increase prescriptions.
- Manage customer relationships for continued engagement with key support customers.
- Coordinate internally with team members to ensure consistent execution in the field.
