📋 Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models. Build end-to-end ML pipelines — from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment. Work with large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that power intelligent business solutions.
Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into training-ready datasets. Experiment with different ML algorithms, hyperparameter tuning, and model architectures to optimize performance. Monitor deployed models for drift and performance degradation. Document experiments using MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar tools.
Collaborate remotely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Communicate model results and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliver projects on time in a remote-first, async work environment. Use version control (Git) and collaborative tools effectively.
