• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and candidate closures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
