Job Description

Shift Engineers

  • Monitor and manage mechanical operations during shifts
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols

Technicians / Sr. Technicians

  • Perform repair & preventive maintenance activities
  • Support engineers in troubleshooting
  • Maintain mechanical logs and machine condition reports

Millwright Fitters / Fitters

  • Install, align & maintain machinery
  • Perform alignment, balancing & mechanical adjustments
  • Ensure smooth operation of production equipment

Machinists

  • Operate lathe, milling, drilling & other machines
  • Conduct precision machining & finishing
  • Maintain machining tools & equipment

Asst. Shift Fitter / Jr. Fitter

  • Assist senior fitters in maintenance tasks
  • Support basic mechanical repair & lubrication duties
  • Learn and perform shift operations
