Job Description
Lenskart is hiring an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage bulk retail hiring across Delhi NCR and nearby locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail business.
- Source profiles via referrals, social media, alumni & headhunting.
- Maintain 95% manpower capacity.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Conduct interviews and manage offer closures.
- Competition talent mapping & volume sourcing.
Eligibility
- Graduate in HR or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing & bulk hiring exposure.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to work in high-volume hiring environments.
