- Make calls to insurance companies to check claim status.
- Take appropriate actions on outstanding patient account balances.
- Maintain strong communication with neutral accent.
- Positive attitude and flexibility towards work.
- Willingness to work in **Night Shifts**.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable with Work From Office (WFO).
- Ready to join immediately.
- Typing speed: 30–35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
