🎯 Job Responsibilities
▸ Facilitate implementation and support of SAP SD module in S/4HANA environment
▸ Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and map to SAP SD configurations
▸ Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities including Pricing, Delivery, Shipping & Billing
▸ Identify gaps and propose effective workaround solutions in business processes
▸ Act as liaison between business users and technical teams for issue resolution
▸ Support UAT, business testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization
▸ Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation
▸ Mentor junior team members and proactively identify process improvement opportunities
