Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners or candidates with 15 days notice preferred
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to ₹4.8 LPA (based on experience)
