Foundever is urgently hiring International Voice Process Associates to support global customers.
The role involves providing high-quality customer service through inbound/outbound calls during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via voice support.
- Resolve complaints and issues with first-call resolution.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain professional communication standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers & experienced candidates (0–5 years).
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation not mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
