Job Description
Amazon is hiring Customer Support Associates for voice process roles at its Hyderabad office. Selected candidates will interact with global customers and deliver excellent customer service experiences.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation not mandatory)
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Willingness to work night & rotational shifts
- Not pursuing regular education
- Comfortable working in voice process
Salary & Benefits
- Base Pay: ₹3.85 – ₹4.56 LPA
- Zeta Meal Card – ₹13,200 per year
- Health Insurance up to ₹5 Lakh
- Night Shift Allowance – ₹150 per shift
- Overtime allowance as applicable
- 5 working days with 2 rotational offs
