Job Description

Palni is hiring Associate Sales Development Executives (Freshers) to join its growing sales team in Hyderabad.
This role is ideal for energetic graduates looking to build a career in sales and business development with exposure to global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research
  • Learn and execute the complete sales lifecycle
  • Perform cold calls and personalized email outreach
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership teams
  • Participate in continuous sales and product training

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (Business / Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to work 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift
  • Comfortable commuting to office (no transport provided)
