Job Description – Banking Settlement Operations

Infosys BPM is conducting a walk-in drive for experienced professionals in
Banking Settlement Operations (Merchant Financial Services).
Candidates with strong experience in payments, settlements, and banking operations are encouraged to attend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle merchant settlement operations and payment processing activities.
  • Resolve out-of-balance issues, adjustments, rejects, and missing payments.
  • Analyze ACH and funding files to identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate billing queries and qualification issues.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Eligibility & Required Skills

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 2 – 7 years in Banking / Financial Services
  • Mandatory experience in Merchant Financial Services & Settlement Operations
  • Knowledge of TSYS application, ACH, chargebacks, and disputes
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and MS Excel skills
  • Immediate to 15 days notice period only

  • Updated Resume with Candidate ID mentioned
  • Any 2 Government ID proofs (PAN / DL / Voter ID / Passport)
  • Original Education Documents (10th, 12th, Graduation – all marksheets & certificates)
