Job Description
Vyapar App is hiring Customer Support Executives (Inbound) for Bengaluru. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates (2022 passouts) looking to start a career in customer support within a fast-growing software product company.

Responsibilities
- Assist users via phone, email, and chat regarding software usage.
- Resolve basic issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Identify potential sales opportunities during support conversations.
- Attend mandatory training sessions (Vyapar Training Program – 7–10 days).
- Follow company policies to resolve issues or escalate when needed.
- Adhere to established processes to maintain service quality.
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Freshers can apply (2022 passouts preferred).
- Any Graduate.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer applications.
- Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Languages: English & Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi.
Other Mandates
- Office-based work (WFO).
- Regular use of computer systems and communication tools.
- 6 days working per week.
- Offer provided only after clearing Vyapar Training Program.
