Job Description
Teleperformance is hiring experienced professionals for International Non-Voice (Chat & Sales) Process.
Candidates will handle live chats, provide technical support, and drive upselling opportunities for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 2–3 concurrent international customer chats.
- Provide technical troubleshooting & first-chat resolution.
- Upsell relevant products during support interactions.
- Maintain KPI targets like AHT & CSAT.
- Work in rotational night shifts (24/7 support).
Eligibility & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Non-Voice / Chat Process
- Education: Undergraduate or Above
- Excellent written English communication
- Typing speed 30+ WPM with accuracy
- CRM tools knowledge (Salesforce / Zendesk preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
