Job Description
Primera Medical Technologies is hiring experienced professionals for AR Caller, Senior AR Caller, and SME roles in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Patient AR denial management & insurance follow-ups.
- Handling Hospital Billing (UB04).
- End-to-end AR follow-up & Denial Management.
- AR Collections & AR Appeals processing.
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in US Healthcare domain.
- Ensure compliance with client & payer guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–7 years of experience in US Healthcare AR domain.
- Strong experience in Denial Management & AR Follow-ups.
- Hospital Billing experience is mandatory.
- Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
